These house-pickled locally-made sausages are fantastic served with rice as a meal, in a 5-bean salad, served with other pickled meats, on a cheese tray, in a casserole, as a one pot meal and fabulous in jambalaya. I’m going to use mine in my Oma’s Dutch Boerenkool Stamppot (Mashed potatoes with kale and sausage).
