Our housemade Rosé and Peppercorn Wine Jelly is small-batch handcrafted with Peller Estates’ medium-bodied and slightly off-dry, long-lasting finish bubbly rosé wine that is a pretty coral pink colour and bursting with white peach, cherry and red berry tones. Perfect for brunch, light appetizers or fresh fruit salad.
