Our small-batch handcrafted Apple Scrap Christmas Jelly was borne from our mission of being a zero-waste kitchen, utilizing the cores and peels of locally-grown Honey Crisp apples to create this Christmas-spiced wonderful alternative to jam! Use it as a spread on bread, toast or as a filling for cakes. It can also be used in savoury dishes alongside roasts, chicken and pork -any place you would use redcurrant jelly. It is such an all-natural pretty pink colour!
