About Henley Honey:

Henley Honey started in Niagara in 2017. It is operated by a second generation beekeeper. The knowledge of beekeeping has been in the family for over 50 years. All of their  honey is local, unpasteurized and is from the Short Hills and Rockway conservation area. Flavours change throughout the season from a light spring wildflower honey to an autumn full body goldenrod honey. The yards are registered, and they  are a member of the Ontario Beekeepers Association.
