Our housemade Rosé and Peppercorn Wine Jelly is small-batch handcrafted with Peller Estates’ medium-bodied and slightly off-dry, long-lasting finish bubbly rosé wine that is a pretty coral pink colour and bursting with white peach, cherry and red berry tones. Perfect for brunch, light appetizers or fresh fruit salad. Wine jelly is the perfect accompaniment to light appetizers, brunch, fruit salad and even robust enough for your finest roasts and grilled entrees.
