We start with a 24-hour soak for our Pinto and White Beans, ensuring they are always fresh and never canned. Our chili is made with locally sourced Ontario Lean Ground Beef and our own house-smoked Ontario beef brisket, slow-simmered over two days for an exceptional taste. By using dried beans and a thorough soak, we eliminate the common bloating and discomfort often associated with chili made from canned beans. Keep frozen until ready to eat – thaw overnight in the fridge. Empty contents of pouch into a pot and bring to a simmer, simmering for about 10 minutes until heated through.

Meal Idea:  Eat this savory chili on its own with a scone or transform this chili into a chili cheese dog by adding a hot dog, bun and top with cheese!  How about chili cheese fries??  Try our homemade chili on top of nacho chips, top with cheese and melt in the oven for chili cheese nachos at home.  The possibilities are endless.
